Lord, my God, I love You.
Forgive me for my faults.
You are the God of my salvation,
The one who always embraces me,
who has never rejected me.

I know, my God,
that You would never leave me.
And how I desire to never leave You.

My Lord, my God,
Your faithfulness is like the gushing of an inexhaustible fountain.
Even if I turn away,
it does not cease to overflow.
It does not dry up when so far away I am.

My corruption separates us.
Yet still, in Your mercy,
You bring me close to You
and purify me.

Lord, my God,
I love You.
Teach me to love You
with the faithfulness
with which You have always loved me.
