Please note that prayer requests are received for our community to pray, but do not receive a personal response.
• Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address and language preference to send you relevant updates.
• Donations: We use Stripe to process donations. While we do not store your full payment details (which are handled securely by Stripe), we may receive and store limited information such as your email and donation amount for our records and tax compliance.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and questions.
• Process and display artwork submissions in our digital gallery.
• Send newsletter updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Manage and thank you for your financial support.

3. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• Gallery Submissions: Artwork files are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 Object Storage. Metadata is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.
• Bot Protection: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our site from spam. Turnstile may collect certain browser-level information to verify that you are a human, but it does so without tracking you across other sites.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to analyze traffic and understand community needs. This data is collected in an anonymized way. You can opt-out of tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Protection: We use industry-standard security practices and encryption to protect your information both during transmission and once it is stored.
• Retention: We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide our services (e.g., using Stripe for processing donations or Resend for sending emails). We do not sell your data.

5. Your Rights

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services. You may ask to have your data removed at any time by contacting us.
