Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
Immensa Gratia operates on the principle of data minimization. We only ask for what is strictly necessary for the ministry to function:
- Newsletter: Your name, email address, and subscription date, used solely to send devotionals and reflections. Stored in secure, isolated databases (via Cloudflare D1).
- Prayer Requests: Your name (or pseudonym), the content of your request, the date and time when the request was submitted, and your browser's default language. We do not ask for your email or phone number. Requests are processed via secure connection and received only by our prayer team.
- Technical & Analytics Data: Our servers (Cloudflare) may temporarily log your IP address and browser type to maintain site security. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data to understand how our readers interact with our content.
- Fraud Prevention: In specific situations, such as donations, Immensa Gratia may request additional personal information to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
2. Data Sharing & Third Parties
This is a ministry, not a data company. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. No information about you is passed on to advertisers.
3. Your Rights
We fully respect data protection laws (GDPR). You have the absolute right to:
- Ask to see what data we have about you.
- Request immediate removal of your email from our list.
- Know exactly where your data is stored.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send our team an email.
4. Data Security
Although we are a ministry, we take technical security seriously. We use end-to-end encryption (SSL/TLS) and world-class infrastructure partners (Google and Cloudflare) to ensure your information never leaks.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated transparently on this page and reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
6. Effective Date
This policy becomes effective on the date of publication and remains valid indefinitely until replaced by an updated version.
